Drs. Tom and Erik Hudak and staff,

It is not often that most of us receive great service and that should not go without thanks. I am a recent patient who was suffering from more than 2 years of shoulder, arm and muscle pain but was reluctant to see a Doctor, particularly because of fear of what he would find. I decided that I would schedule a visit with your office first due to the help I had received in the past for some rib injuries.

If you recall Dr. Tom, you mentioned to me on my first visit that from the symptoms, you thought I might benefit from seing an orthopedic surgeon. We decided first to pursue physical treatment with adjustments after finding no real problems through x-rays. From the 2nd visit, my condition improved greatly with very little pain on a daily basis. After several adjustments with you and upon your best recommendation, I started therapy with Dr. Erik. Dr. Erik saw me for 5 or 6 visits, and greatly improved my mobility. I reached a threshold and we felt that regular exercises would allow me to hold my own with this problem. I am virtually pain free, and sleep through the night without waking due to nagging pain.

I wish to convey my gratitude to you Dr. Tom, Dr. Erik and to all your fine staff for their help and that maybe this humble testimonial will help you treat others with similar ailments. A special thanks to Nicole for handling the details and scheduling of the MRI. I don’t have a regular doctor and in this case I’m glad I didn’t.
